FINISHING
Block pieces lightly to measurements. Work Front garter st border as directed and bind off.
Back neck band
With RS facing, pick up and knit 45 (47, 47, 47, 47) sts along back neck opening. Work in garter st for 6 rows, or until length of back neck band is the same as the width of the 6-st front bands. Sew shoulder seams, sew sides of back neck band to bound-off edges of front bands. Sew side seams.
